Job Description

• Lead business development in cutting-edge automotive domains such as SDV/AV and ADAS/AD This role allows you to take ownership of the entire business development process—from creating Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to lead generation, customer engagement, and opportunity closure—in advanced areas like Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV) and Autonomous Vehicles (AV).
• Utilize your Japanese language skills while collaborating with a global team Work directly with Japanese clients using your Japanese communication skills (JLPT N3–N2 level), while coordinating closely with global teams in sales, solutions, and delivery.
• Leverage your expertise in Automotive Cloud Native Computing for career growt Use your technical knowledge in cloud-native automotive software to contribute to high-impact projects in the SDV/AV space, offering strong opportunities for both technical and managerial career advancement.

Annual salary: 10 Million and above

Qualification:

• The individual must have proven track record of building Automotive in-car or out-car software as a technical specialist or program managed the software development team with good understanding of Automotive software, preferably ADAS/AD or SDV domain.

Key Responsibilities are as below

• Develop GTM plan for SDV/AV with the help of sales team
• Derive from GTM plan, account wise plan for each identified target customers
• Lead generation support for targetted domain
• Convert Lead in to Opportunity and track until closure with support from Sales, solutions team and Delivery team
• Plan and track all opportunities in SDV/AV domain
• Plan and track agreed KPIs
• Fluent in Japanese with N3 ~ N2 JLPT proficient, proficient in Japanese conversations, good read/write Japanese capability
• Mandatory Skills: Automotive Cloud Native Computing

Language Skills: Conversation level Japanese (JLPT N3) and Business level English
