Annual Salary: 10 Million and above

Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize backlogs effectively.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment between development teams and life insurance business stakeholders.
• Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, and PowerBI for tracking and reporting.
• Communicate effectively in both languages to bridge gaps between global teams and clients.

Job Qualification: 

• They will have a proven track record in leading Agile teams, a deep understanding of the life insurance domain, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Japanese.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products, processes, and regulations.
• Scrum Master certification (SAFe Scrum Master, PSM, or equivalent).
• Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Rally, etc.).
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks (Leading SAFe).
• Prior experience working with distributed or multicultural teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the insurance sector.

Language Skills: Business level Japanese (N2 and above) and Business level English
