Annual Salary:  10 million and above

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with project managers and project leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects
• Plan project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to different deliverables
• Provide executives with benchmark reports and budget summaries
• Analyze financial data, such as project budgets, risks, and resource allocation
• Accurately document project planning, development, and execution, and document project scope, budget, and justification

Qualifications:

• Experience working as an automotive OEM or Tier 1 resident engineer
• Knowledge of systems engineering
• Japanese (JLPT N1 or higher)
• General use and knowledge of MicroSoft office tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and technology
• Excellent organizational and technical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills
• Japanese (Native Level), English (Business Level)

Language Requirements: Native level Japanese with Business English conversation skill.
