Job Responsibilities:
- The Sr. Project Lead will be responsible for Project Delivery utilizing the best practices of Project Management (in its true spirit). The key objective is to build maximum client value while meeting the goals of minimizing costs, timely delivery and ensuring quality. The PM must adhere to NSSP processes and exhibit capabilities for team management and its development.
- Planning and Executing
- To plan development, client delivery & deployment, implementation & migration to meet customer expectations, gross margins and quality standards.
- To Understand customer requirements. Assess, meet and exceed customer expectations.
- To execute the plan effectively by utilizing resources, controlling the scope, timeliness & quality standards.
- Anticipate eventualities, identify potential risks, develop contingency plans and regularly track the same to ensure timely delivery of the project to the customers.
- Ensure quality and timely preparation of various documents required by NSSP Processes.
- Align appropriate responsibilities, accountability and authority for team members.
- Set direction and inspire team members. Encourage team members to value customers and deliver high quality service.
- Help team members in laying down their performance plans and manage/enhance their performance.
- Identify development needs of team members and groom them to take on additional responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Experience In PM, SDLC and Project Execution in System Development Department, including approvals, documentation,
- Experienced in local Japanese company, preferably Credit Card company or Shopping Credit Domain
- Experienced in executing Application system development projects
- Software development Life cycle Management, including reviews, approvals, monitoring, tracking, schedule, cost, quality management etc.
- Communication & Managing Stakeholders – Users, Business Users, Customer IT Team, Operation Team, Vendors
- Managing project from starting (Initiation) to end (Release)
Langauge skills: Native Japanese Level(JLPT N) and Business Level English
