Job Description
Position Name: SAP Business Analyst Tokyo Job
Annual Salary: 8 million yen and above
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and implementation of SAP Group Reporting solutions tailored to client needs.
- Support client workshops to gather requirements and provide insights on SAP Group Reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with clients to develop financial reporting strategies and solutions.
- Work with multicultural, multilingual, and multi-geo project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of SAP Group Reporting projects.
- Contribute to large-scale ERP transformation and financial data consolidation projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
- Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities and expand client relationships.
SAP Business Analyst Tokyo Job Qualification:
- 3-10 years of experience in SAP Group Reporting and/or financial analytics, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
- Proficiency in SAP Group Reporting and financial data modeling.
- Experience in large ERP transformation or financial data consolidation projects.
- Familiarity with working with or alongside Hitachi, Fujitsu, or other similar Japanese SI vendors on large-scale ERP deployment projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese (N2 or above) and English, with native-level proficiency in one and fluent-level proficiency in the other. Japanese natives with conversational English welcome.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master's degree is a bonus
