Job Description

Position Name: PMO Tokyo Job

Annual Salary: 4million and above

Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders in Japan, the US, and Europe.
  • Scheduling & Meeting Management: Arrange and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, update, and maintain project-related documents.
  • Interpretation & Translation: Support real-time interpretation during meetings and translate project documents (English ⇄ Japanese).
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the bridge between client teams, vendors, and business departments.
  • Issue Tracking & Follow-up: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely follow-ups.

PMO Tokyo Job Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Japanese (Native Level) & Business-level English (spoken & written).
  • Experience as a PMO or in project coordination roles, preferably in an IT or business setting.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with international teams and managing cross-cultural communication.
  • Prior experience in IT-related projects or customer support environments.
  • Female candidates preferred to align with the client’s internal coordination structure.
