Position Name: PMO Automotive Kanagawa Job

Annual Salary: 8 Million and above

Responsibilities:

• As a person in charge, you will plan and manage the execution of your job area, and when faced with a problem, you will grasp and analyze the facts and propose solutions based on your own ideas . 
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication to facilitate seamless project execution and alignment with business goals

• Correctly understand instructions from superiors and report, contact/communicate, discuss and consult appropriately . 
• Generalize and share the knowledge gained through the project . 

PMO Automotive Kanagawa Job Qualification:

• At least 1 year experience.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration , or related field. 
• Related experience: Experience in a PMO or similar role in the automotive or application industry. 
• Bilingual (fluent in Japanese and able to understand English) 
• Ability to provide thorough follow-up to vendors and customers in Japanese 
• Able to smoothly conduct meetings in Japanese 
• Global project experience (SAP project experience preferred) 
• Schedule Monitoring 
• WBS monitoring 
• Proactively support PMO managers to control schedules and costs 
• Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
•  Good use of MS Office - Flexibility and enthusiasm: willingness to travel  

Language Requirements: Native level Japanese & Business English conversation skill.
