Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior field service engineers to install, maintain, and upgrade the company’s semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting, conduct equipment diagnostics and evaluations under the guidance of senior field service engineers, and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate and communicate with customers.

Job Qualification: 

• Experience:3 to 5 years
• Proficiency in Excel for data compilation and reporting
• Understand cleanroom work involving long periods of standing while wearing PPE (coveralls, hood, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirator, chemical apron, face shield, etc.).
• Flexible for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to travel (domestic and international) for training and assignments outside the primary site

Language Skills: Fluent level English and Fluent level japanese
