.NET Project Lead

Job Description

Annual salary : 7 Million yen and above

Job Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle application development using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API) and React.js
• Act as a technical lead and mentor for the development team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures
• Ensure coding standards, best practices, and code reviews are followed
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks
• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
• Support deployment, release management, and post-production activities

Job Qualifications:

• 6+ years of relevant .Net experience
• Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API
• Solid hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server or other relational databases
• Experience with Entity Framework / ORM tools
• Understanding of authentication/authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.)
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows

Japanese language: Conversational level japanese (N3) and business level english
