Annual Salary: 8 Million and Above

Job Description:

• Plan, promote, and implement business process improvement and system development using generative AI based on business unit interviews.
• Build and provide a development environment in the field of generative AI.
• Research the latest trends in generative AI technology, including overseas.
• Project Examples:
  • Plan and develop multimodal business applications using generative AI.
  • Plan and develop a multi-LLM environment and citizen development environment that is not dependent on specific products or services

Job Qualification:

• 1+ years of experience in DX planning or system development using generative AI.
• Ability to properly grasp business issues and system requirements, and understand and organize the gap between As-is and To-be
• Leadership to understand and drive the objectives of policies and projects, and the communication skills to negotiate on an equal footing with business departments and system development subsidiaries
• Knowledge of system infrastructure (OA, cloud) (planning, development, implementation promotion, etc.)
• Ability to read and write in business situations and have simple business conversations in English

Japanese Language Skills: Native level Japanese and English not required
