Job Description:

• Collaborate with business departments to plan and consider business initiatives utilizing data science, and conduct PoCs.
• Plan and promote specific initiatives through the design and implementation of data collection and analysis systems, and ongoing operation and improvement.
  • Analyze customer trends based on transaction history and sales records, and provide recommendations to sales representatives.
  • Enhance call center operations using generative AI.
  • Detect fraudulent fund transfers and account usage.

Job Qualification:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and model development using technologies such as AI and machine learning
• Aim to work in both data science and be involved in the business of each operational department
• Practical experience in data science in fields that require a high level of security
• Experience and skills in using distributed processing libraries (we use PySpark)
• Experience in data analysis using machine learning platforms (Amazon SageMaker, Azure ML, Databricks, etc.)
• Ability to understand technical documents and papers written in English, and to participate independently in overseas conferences and gather information

Japanese Language Skills: Native level Japanese and English not required
