Job Responsibility:
- We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to support the operations of approximately 1,600 employees in the Corporate IT department. You will be responsible for the overall design, construction, operation, and management of the company's IT environment, including new hardware/software implementation, pre-verification for configuration changes, business improvement utilizing IT assets, operation and management of client management systems such as Intune and Jamf, planning and implementation of projects to improve usability, and leading the security area. We are looking for applicants who are willing to work quickly and communicate with users first, and who are also actively involved in team management
Job Responsibility:
- Operation and management of in-house IT equipment (TV conference system / audio equipment / surveillance cameras / multifunction printers, etc.)
- Management system operation (AzureAD / Intune / Jamf, etc.)
- Client operations (OS upgrades / new installations / PC environment selection, etc.)
- Operation of security-related systems ·Operation, management, and purchasing of IT assets used within the company
- Interviewing employees and making improvements regarding internal systems/IT assets
- Technical support at the IT help desk, etc.
Job Qualification:
- Experience in operating and managing in-house IT equipment (TV conference systems, audio equipment, surveillance cameras, multifunction printers, etc.)
- Experience in operating and managing client OS and PC environments ·Experience in operating and managing in-house IT assets (PCs, video conferencing systems, etc.)
- Experience creating scripts (Bat, VBS, PowerShell, etc.)
- Experience providing technical support for troubleshooting (regardless of hardware or software)
Welcome Skills:
- Experience in implementing/operating and managing MDM environments such as Intune/Jamf
- Practical experience in PC kitting, especially experience in creating and managing deployment images
- Experience in operating and managing MacOS (such as zero-touch kitting with Jamf)
- Experience in operating and managing accounts and policies on Entra ID/AD servers
- Experience in implementing and operating and managing security-related systems such as antivirus software
