Responsibilities: 

ServiceNow Architect

• Utilizing ServiceNow, we will create an overall design that will enable the realization of digital transformation in IT service management.
• Based on customer requirements, we will select ServiceNow products and design the architecture, then create detailed designs for each product line.　
• From the perspective of ServiceNow products (technology), we will support the organization of work (organization of workflow processes, etc.) to advance the automation and digitalization of customer operations.
• We will deploy the designed architecture to each ServiceNow engineer and provide a head start on implementation.

ServiceNow Engineer

• In line with customer requirements, you will primarily implement workflows (standard function implementation and individual development) for each ServiceNow product, while also performing the following: -
• Responsible for requirements definition, design, development, testing, and migration for ServiceNow development projects regardless of industry or line of business.
• Communicate with client company IT group personnel and project superiors (basic designers, etc.)
• Automate customer business processes for each ServiceNow product category (especially ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, ITAM, etc.).

Job Qualification:

• Experience in on-premise/cloud infrastructure design (detailed design) and understanding of connections with upstream processes
• Detailed design in application development
• Experience in implementing and developing the following ServiceNow products:
• IT Workflow: Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, etc.
• ITIL certification ITIL Foundation, ITIL V3, 4
• CSA, CIS/CAD qualification *ServiceNow certification
• Experience developing systems using languages ​​such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#.net
• Experience developing applications in ServiceNow or other SaaS or PaaS
• Experience developing and implementing workflow solutions
• Experience implementing SaaS-based IT solutions that require the integration of multiple systems, experience with API integration in cloud products such as AWS/GCP/Azure
• Understanding customer business processes, experience with low-code development (e.g., RPA) in a SaaS environment
• Experience building databases (e.g., Oracle DB)

Language skills: Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1) and Business English level
