Annual Salary: 7 Million and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Test Environment Management (TEM) process, ensuring effective planning, creation, and maintenance of test environments.
• Handle environment creation and setup activities, ensuring environments are available and configured correctly for testing purposes.
• Manage BAU (Business-as-usual) tasks, including patching and environment health checks, ensuring all test environments are up-to-date and secure.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify environments needs and ensure alignment with project and testing requirements.
• Engage the appropriate teams or individuals to address environments related issues and ensure timely resolution to avoid any disruption in testing.
• Coordinate environment refreshes, upgrades, and deployments as per project timelines.
• Provide detailed reports on environments status, usage, and any incidents or changes.
• Ensure seamless integration with APIM systems, understanding and supporting the APIM setup and maintenance in test environments

Job Qualification:

• Strong knowledge of APIM tools and practices.
• Experience in environment creation, configuration, and management.
• Familiarity with managing BAU tasks and patching cycles in a testing environment.
• Experience in the Insurance domain would be a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Japanese is preferred.
• Experience in DB2, WebSphere, Cloud platforms.
