Job Qualifications:

• Oracle Cloud FSCM, Workday Finance, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
• Business analyst/consultant/senior consultant/manager.
• Basic knowledge and experience of accounting or supply chain business processes, and some involvement in the implementation of corporate accounting and SCM systems (package or scratch).
• Experience in defining requirements with customers and designing and developing as a consultant or system engineer.
• Experience in defining requirements and the testing phase as a user.
• Those who want to take on the challenge of consulting on clients' business processes through product implementation ·
• Those who want to directly propose and support improvements to clients
• Those who want to be involved in the entire process from concept formulation to operation, maintenance, and establishment.

Welcome conditions

• Experience in ERP package implementation consulting in the accounting or supply chain fields
• Experience in requirements definition, business analysis and business design, and experience in the full cycle from requirements definition to post-going support ·
• Ability to lead customers and teams, and proactively plan and proceed with work

Language Requirements: Native-level Japanese with Business-level English
