Job Description:

We are seeking a senior or mid-level engineer passionate about building cutting-edge health technology. This role focuses on full-stack development, AI-driven infrastructure, cloud-native distributed systems, and secure deployments at scale. You will be instrumental in designing the technical foundation of our platform — backend/frontend systems, iOS/desktop apps, infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and AI integration.

You will work closely with scientists, data engineers, and leadership to deliver tools that make health data and wearable integration intuitive and actionable through AI-driven interfaces

Job Qualification:

1. Full-Stack Development & Cloud Infrastructure

• Strong experience in backend (Python, Node.js, or similar) and frontend (React, Swift, or similar).
• Proven ability to develop both iOS apps and desktop platforms integrated with AI/chatbot systems.
• Skilled in API design, microservices, and scalable system architecture.
• Proficiency with cloud-native environments (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP also relevant).
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams with a DevOps mindset in designing and deploying infrastructure on Azure Cloud.
• Experience with distributed systems and building secure, scalable cloud architectures.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).
• Infrastructure-as-Code experience with Terraform, Bicep, or similar.

2. DevOps, CI/CD & Automation

• Proficiency with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Ability to embed infrastructure testing within pipelines to support automated deployments and secure releases.
• Strong skills in monitoring, optimization, and performance tuning of distributed and cloud systems.

3. Machine Learning, AI Agents & Optimization

• Practical experience applying ML/DL to health-related or biological data.
• Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn.
• Ability to design and implement neural networks from scratch.
• Deep experience leveraging AI agents to optimize both engineering workflows (development, deployment, monitoring) and broader company functions (UX design, operations, accounting, administration).

4. Visualization & 3D Simulation

• Strong skills in building 3D visualizations and animations.
• Experience creating realistic renderings of human organ structures or biologically inspired systems.
• Ability to integrate visualization pipelines into health or drug discovery applications.

5. Chatbot & NLP Development

• Hands-on experience developing chatbot interfaces for scientific/technical use cases.
• Familiarity with LLM integration (LangChain, Rasa, Hugging Face, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs).
• Strong skills in prompt engineering, context management, and conversational memory.
• Ability to design intuitive conversational UX for complex scientific data.

6. (Bonus) Wearable & Health Data Integration

• Familiarity with APIs like Apple HealthKit, Google Fit, Oura, Whoop, Garmin, etc.
• Understanding of how wearable data can inform health insights.
