Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI module implementation and support activities (FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, FI-BL, TRM).
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure SAP FI modules and support integration with other modules (CO, MM, SD, etc.).
• Conduct system testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for finance-related SAP processes.
• Support S/4HANA migration and template rollouts.
• Coordinate with global teams and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Lead implementation and support activities for SAP FI modules (FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, FI-BL, TRM)
• Gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications
• Configuration work including integration with other modules (CO, MM, SD, etc.)
• System testing, user training, and post-launch support
• Providing expertise in financial related SAP processes
• S/4HANA migration and template deployment support
• Collaborate with global teams and adhere to corporate standards

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FI module implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Experience with S/4HANA is a plus.
• Native Level Japanese
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field
• 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP FI modules
• Basic knowledge of finance and accounting
• Experience with S/4HANA is a plus
