Job Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational support for SAP systems and service now / SAP Solution manager
- Control & Monitor Incidents, service requests and change requests via ITSM/ Charm Processes
- Coordinate and troubleshoot issues using ServiceNow and Solution Manager tools
- Collaborate with Japanese and global teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolutions
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
- Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Qualification:
- Involved in one SAP E2E implementation & support
- Proven experience in ServiceNow, SAP operations support / Solution Manager 7.2
- Strong understanding of ITSM (Incident, Change and Problem management)
- Experience with Service Now for ITSM process integration
- Bilingual Proficiency in Japanese and English (both verbal and written)
- Familiar with SAP Support portal & coordination with SAP Rise team for timely resolution of tickets
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with Cross functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in CHaRM (Change Request Management) and Monitoring / Alerting in Solution Manager
- SAP Certification
- Prior experience in a global SAP support Environment
- Proficient in Japanese and English Language
Language Skills: Business level Japanese (N2 and above) and Business level English
