Position Name: Salesforce E-Commerce Business Analyst Tokyo Job

Annual Salary: 8 Million Yen.

Responsibilities:

• E-Commerce Business Analyst shall be expected to provide Business Process consulting to Customers for Setting up E-Commerce Webshop as well provide insights into Product Selection and Implementation of E-Commerce Solution on Salesforce Commerce (B2B ) with support from Offshore teams.
• He/She will be responsible for Requirements gathering, Configuration and testing of features and functionalities, act as a bridge between Customer and Offshore team and delivering the final e-commerce solution.
• Lead Requirements Gathering Workshops, Documentation of Requirements, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Ability of Configure the tool, Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests. in Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B Module
• Customer Stakeholder Management at Onsite
• Coordinate with Offshore Delivery teams to ensure functionality is developed as per Customer’s requirements.
• Responsible for Sprint Demo, Key user Training, UAT support, Hypercare / Post Go live support.
• Extend Presales Support, Request for Proposal Preparation, Customer Demos  and Customer Acquisition
• Ensuring excellent communication and collaboration between Internal and external teams

Salesforce E-Commerce Business Analyst Tokyo Job Qualification

• Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Business Analyst or Product Owner Role in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B Module)
• Be a part of atleast 3 Salesforce Commerce B2B  Implementation Projects(Requirements gathering to Go-Live Phase)
• Business Japanese language proficiency (N1 or N2 level)
• Business English
• Graduation and above

Japanese language: Business Level Japanese(N! or N2) and Business Level English
