Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solution Architect – SCM with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, 3PL integration, and preferably, experience or exposure to the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of SCM solutions in SAP S/4HANA, tailored to business needs.
• Manage and optimize the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process within the SAP landscape.
• Define architecture and oversee the integration with 3PL partners.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Provide functional and technical guidance across project lifecycle phases – blueprint, build, test, deploy, and support.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SAP best practices, especially for clients in the pharma domain.
• Leverage exposure to pharma operations and logistics to enhance solution quality and relevance.

Solution Architect SCM Tokyo Job Qualification:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP SCM, including SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep understanding and hands-on exposure to Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Proven exposure to 3PL integration, shipping, and logistics processes.
• Experience or exposure to pharma/life sciences industry is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Nice to Have:

• Prior participation or exposure to Pharma Expo or similar industry events.
• SAP certifications in relevant SCM or S/4HANA modules.

Japanese Languages: Japanese (JLPT N2 ) business level and business level English
