Position Title : Business Analyst

Job Description: 

The main mission is to analyze requests for planning and campaigns from each business team and incorporate them into the core system of China offshore (group company) development as a feasible requirement, and mainly for business for China offshore. As a leader of business analysts who embed requirements, he advises across the board and is responsible for the quality of the requirements embedding by each business analyst.

Technical Skills: 

• Development elements of business infrastructure on the offshore side: Java
• Microservices
• Containers
• Kubernetes
• MySQL
• Data infrastructure development elements on the offshore side: Spark / Hadoop

Qualifications: 

• 3 years of development teams with overseas offshore Outsourced development work experience 
• Bridge experience between business development and business planning and system development
• Knowledge of IT system development
• Experience as a leader in requirement definition (or upstream process) for medium to large-scale development projects
• System development experience in cooperation with Chinese offshore
•  business-level Chinese required

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Work experience , basic design, detailed design experience, or business planning experience in a development team with overseas offshore.
