• Support the management and operation of network infrastructure directly linked to the business of a major trading company customer, leading the technical aspects of existing services, operations and new construction
• Work on the reform of operations and service provision for domestic and international networks, with plans to expand into cloud, devices, authentication and communication infrastructure
• Build a career path toward Architect, Project Lead, Project Manager or Delivery Manager

Annual Salary: 8 Million Yen and above

Job Responsibilities

Construction and operation of domestic and international networks

• Incident response and root cause analysis
• Coordination with users and maintenance vendors
• Handling non-routine tasks
• Consideration of operational improvements and proposal of new technologies
• Design, construction and maintenance of network environments on Azure
  • Design and construction: confirm requirements and carry out design and construction, as there are requests for construction and configuration changes of network environments to meet new requirements
  • Maintenance: network operations such as configuration changes, incident response, root cause investigation and performance analysis

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in network operation or construction
• Knowledge of networks, including products such as Cisco, Palo Alto Networks and Fortinet
• Experience creating construction and operation documentation (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Communication skills (coordination with vendors and customers via email, telephone, etc.)
• Understanding and experience in operation and construction of multiple products from the following: Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, BIG-IP

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding and experience in operation and construction of multiple technologies from the following: OSPF, BGP, SD-WAN, IPSec, ACL, VPN, SD-Access, 802.1X, RADIUS, VoIP, MPLS, VXLAN, EVPN, FW/IPSec VPN, LB, iRules, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, Flow

Language Required: Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1 and above) and Conversational level English.
