Job Description

This position is responsible for the operation and improvement of the Azure infrastructure that supports the DX and cloud utilization of a major general trading company. Beyond simple maintenance and operation, you will be involved in expanding and automating the next-generation cloud infrastructure utilizing PaaS, working closely with the client to support the realization of their cloud strategy.

The department provides a wide range of IT infrastructure services to a major general trading company, including network, security, cloud infrastructure, end-user computing and communication infrastructure. Due to the broad service area, you will have the opportunity to acquire knowledge and experience in a wide range of technical fields through collaboration with diverse teams. Job Responsibilities

• Maintenance and operation of the Azure infrastructure based on the Landing Zone Architecture
• Execution of routine and non-routine operations
• Promotion of incident management, problem management, change management and configuration management
• Response to events arising from customer initiatives and related tasks
• Design support, implementation support and release support for cloud function additions and service improvements
• Planning and execution of operational improvement, automation promotion and business efficiency improvement measures
• Estimation, operational design and actual operation support for individual projects arising from maintenance and operations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of system operation experience
• 1+ year of experience in system construction or operation and maintenance in an Azure environment
• Basic knowledge of ITIL (equivalent to ITIL Foundation or higher)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge or practical experience of IaC (Infrastructure as Code)
• Experience in construction, operation and maintenance in an AWS or GCP environment
• Network technology skills (equivalent to CCNA or higher)
• Experience in operational automation, business process improvement and standardization promotion
• A mindset that allows you to proactively take on new technologies and unfamiliar areas

Language Required: Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1 and above) and Conversational level English.
