Job Description

We are looking for professionals with experience in software/product implementation, application support or development within the Pharma, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or Healthcare domain. The role involves working with Japanese clients, gathering requirements, delivering technical solutions and supporting implementations.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions
• Participate in requirement gathering, design, implementation, testing and support activities
• Configure, customize and support enterprise applications/products
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure quality deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in software development, product implementation or application support
• Experience in Java, .NET or any modern technology stack
• Exposure to Pharma, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Healthcare or laboratory-related domains
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LIMS solutions
• Exposure to enterprise application integrations and workflow-based systems
• Prior experience working with Japanese customers or projects

Language Required: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) and Business level English.
