• End-to-end ownership of the product, from problem identification and planning through release and post-release improvement
• Remote work is available at LY Communications Corporation, part of the LY Group
• Collaborate with engineers, designers and business teams, improving products through UI/UX design and, where applicable, data analysis

Annual Salary: 6 Million Yen and above

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience for web services or apps
• Knowledge of and hands-on experience in UI/UX design and improvement
• Experience collaborating with engineers, designers and business teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum development experience
• Experience identifying problems and validating hypotheses through user interviews and research
• Ability to negotiate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Experience improving products using data analysis
• Documentation skills (proposals, workflows, etc.)
• Experience designing or improving operational processes in service operations

Language Required: Native level Japanese
