Annual Salary: 6 Million Yen and above

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in DX implementation, service planning or system development
• Experience in negotiation and communication with a wide range of stakeholders, and in vendor management
• Note: from-scratch development experience is not required

Preferred Qualifications

• Work experience at a consulting firm
• Experience leading mid- to large-scale projects (CRM package implementation/customization, accounting system rebuilds, etc.)
• Experience using or implementing MA, SFA, CRM, BI or similar packages
• Hands-on experience in data analysis or UI/UX design
• Involvement in product or marketing projects

Language Required: Native level Japanese
