• Manage data projects in an agile way, with ownership from project planning through execution and delivery
• Track and control progress, milestones, delays and risks, and lead the project team to deliver high-quality work products

Annual Salary: 12 Million Yen and above

Job Responsibilities

• Manage data projects in an agile way, ensuring adherence to the defined scope, budget and schedule
• Build a project plan to manage from execution to delivery
• Track and control the progress, project milestones, unforeseen delays and risks, then realign as per expectations
• Manage the project team effectively and deliver high-quality work products
• Measure the project performance continuously and take actions as required
• Ensure a good client experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (three years of progressive experience in the specialty will also be considered in lieu of every year of education)
• Japan citizens and those authorized to work in Japan

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the Data and Analytics domain
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in the software development life cycle
• Ability to work in a team in a diverse, multiple-stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment

Language Required: Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1 and above)
