Job Description

Seeking an experienced Project Controller / PMO professional to support an EPC Project Cost Control Transformation initiative, focusing on project planning, scheduling, cost tracking, project controls, vendor coordination, stakeholder communication, governance reporting, and project execution support.

Job Responsibilities

• Project planning and scheduling
• WBS creation and maintenance
• Project controls and cost tracking
• Vendor and stakeholder management
• Governance reporting
• Risk and issue management
• Requirements documentation
• Project rollout and implementation support

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Project Controls, Project Controller, Scheduling, or Planning
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, governance, and reporting
• Requirements gathering and documentation experience
• Industry experience in EPC, Engineering, Construction, Energy, Utilities, Infrastructure, or Oil & Gas sectors

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Controls / Cost Control experience
• Primavera P6
• SAP exposure
• EPC Cost Control projects
• Digital Transformation projects

Languages Required: Native level Japanese and Business level English
