Job Description

Annual Salary :  7 Million Yen and above

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute xILS (MILS, SILS, HILS) and bench tests, and compile test results.
  • Build and maintain xILS (MILS, SILS, HILS) and test bench environments.
  • Create and manage test cases.
  • Build trust with customers through on-site support.
  • Promote optimization and automation of the test process.

Job Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in the automotive or mobility industry.
  • Experience and track record in verifying embedded systems in the automotive industry.
  • Experience building MILS/SILS/HILS environments and using them for verification/calibration.
  • Experience in software module validation using Google Test.
  • Understanding of vehicle protocols: CAN, LIN, CAN-FD, CAN-XL, FlexRay, Ethernet, etc.
  • Experience using vehicle protocol analysis tools such as CANalyzer, CANape, CANoe, or similar tools.
  • Understanding and experience with C/C++ and Python.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with client stakeholders and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively within a team.
  • Proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to self-development and mentoring younger colleagues.
  • Systematic, structured, and logical thinking skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of the latest testing methods and tools, with the ability to implement and apply them.
  • Practical skills in MS Office tools including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience in systems engineering, software engineering, or mechanical engineering.
  • Track record of providing technical support for AD/ADAS-related products and services.
  • Knowledge and experience with ISO 26262, A-SPICE, and AutoSAR.
  • Experience in creating plant models.
  • Experience with system modeling using SysML.
  • Experience and track record in test automation.
  • Knowledge and experience of agile development methodologies and DevOps.
  • ISTQB/JSTQB qualification.
  • Security testing experience.

Language & Communication Skills: Business level Japanese (JLPT N3 and higher) and Business level English
