Microsoft 365 Project Manager

Job Description

• Lead enterprise Microsoft 365 transformation projects, driving digital workplace modernization and cloud collaboration initiatives for global organizations.

Annual Salary: 10 Million Yen and above

Job Description:

• This is a project manager position driving projects that implement, migrate, and transform communication and collaboration platforms centered on Microsoft 365.
• You will lead the digital workplace transformation and M365 modernization of major companies by collaborating with global teams in Japan and India.

Job Qualifications:

• Project management experience managing multiple projects in parallel
• General knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft 365
• Stakeholder management
• Experience with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in hybrid projects combining onsite and offshore
• Experience as an agile developer or Scrum Master
• Analyze customer challenges, Experience in creating new proposals and projects
• Team management, talent development, and evaluation
• Strong ownership and the ability to drive things forward responsibly to the end
• Experience in Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, and IAM-related projects

Languages Required: Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1) and Business level English (or higher)
