Job Description

Annual Salary: 8 million yen and above
Job Responsibility:
Development and maintenance projects related to the end client’s applications and systems
- Handling requests and inquiries from clients and internal business divisions, including scope definition and priority adjustment
- Reviewing progress reports, design documents, and test contents submitted by development vendors, as well as resource control
- Direction of creative work such as website/service content updates and banner production
- Investigation and response in the event of troubles, including explanation and reporting to stakeholders
- Requirement organization and specification adjustment for service improvements
Job Qualification:
- Experience in negotiation and coordination with clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience in vendor control (progress management, deliverable reviews, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical matters clearly
- Basic knowledge of web services and system development/operations
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience in operation and maintenance of web-based services
- Work experience as a PMO, director, or service manager
- Experience in troubleshooting and incident response
Language Skills: Conversational level Japanese (JLPT N3) and Business level English
