Job Description

Appealing Points:

• Gain strong hands-on experience across ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM modules, from requirement gathering to implementation and optimization
• Leverage deep technical expertise (tables, business rules, client scripts, workflows) to drive process efficiency and platform enhancements
• Work in a bilingual (Japanese–English) environment, enhancing global stakeholder management and communication skills

Annual salary : 10 Million yen and above

Job Qualifications:

• Total 6+ years’ experience in ServiceNow platform. Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM module, 
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in gathering business requirements for ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules, 
• Detailed understanding of ServiceNow table structure, Business rules and client scripts 
• Hands-on knowledge of the employee centre portal and report extraction 
• Detailed workflow knowledge on service request and catalogue creation.  
• Excellent Japanese and English communication skills and stakeholder management. 
• Certification requirements: ServiceNow CSA 

Language: Fluent level Japanese JLPT N1 and Business level English
