• Drive MLOps Excellence with Automation & CI/CD Implement automated pipelines, Kubernetes-based deployments, and CI/CD practices to enable fast, reliable, and scalable model delivery.
• Gain Hands-on Experience in Advanced Data & Feature Engineering Develop and manage feature stores and data lakes, ensuring data consistency, governance, and performance for both real-time and batch ML use cases.

Annual Salary: 5 Million and Above

Job Responsibilities:

• Build Internal AI Platforms
  • Design and develop scalable AI/ML platforms to support end-to-end model lifecycle
  • Enable self-service tools for data scientists and ML teams
• Model Deployment Pipelines
  • Develop and maintain automated pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment
  • Implement CI/CD practices for faster and reliable model releases
  • Manage model versioning and rollback mechanisms
• Feature Store Development
  • Build and manage centralized feature stores for ML models
  • Ensure consistency between training and production data
  • Support real-time and batch feature processing
• Data Lake Management
  • Design and maintain scalable data lakes for structured and unstructured data
  • Ensure data availability, quality, and governance
  • Optimize storage and retrieval for ML use cases

Job Qualification:

• Build internal AI platforms including model deployment pipelines, feature stores, and data lakes.
• Work on AWS / Azure to design and manage scalable AI infrastructure.
• Use Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines to deploy and automate ML workflows.
• Implement model monitoring to track performance, detect issues, and ensure reliability.

Langauge Skills: Conversational Level Japanese(JLPT N3) and Business Level English
