Job Description

Appealing points: 

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Japan Rollout for Global Automotive Programs Drive large-scale manufacturing transformation initiatives while strengthening and governing global templates.
• End-to-End CO-Centric Solution Architecture Leadership Architect integrated solutions across CO (CO-PA, CO-PC, CO-CCA), MM, SD, PP, and FI, ensuring seamless manufacturing cost and R2R process alignment.
• Balance Global Governance with Japanese Localization Excellence Act as design authority to ensure template compliance while addressing Japan-specific statutory, operational, and audit requirements.

Annual Salary: 12 Million yen and above

Job Qualification: 

• Manufacturing (Automotive | Japan Deployment and Global Template)
• 15+ years of experience with SAP and a strong background in SAP S/4HANA transformation
• Previous experience in a Tier 1/Global Consulting environment preferred
• The SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect will lead the rollout across Japan and strengthen global templates for large-scale manufacturing programs.
• The role focuses on solution architecture, template governance, localization design and driving build execution through the development team.
• End-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution architecture
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects
• Strong configuration and support experience in CO components:
• Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA), Profit Center Accounting (CO-PCA), Internal Sales Orders, Product Cost Accounting (CO-PC), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and operational cost streams.
• Experience in CO integration with MM, SD, PP, FI
• Strong architectural leadership in core value streams:
• Lead solution discovery for Japan deployment, standard compliance workshops, and architecture design
• It features a unique R2RCO architecture, enhanced global templates, Japanese localization, and consistency with core design principles.
• Act as design authority, approving solution deviations and ensuring governance compliance
• Define and manage the integration architecture across SAP and non-SAP systems (MES, PMC, legacy, third-party tools).
• Provide clear solution direction and drive build execution through implementation teams
• Collaborate with Japanese business stakeholders, global process owners and IT leadership
• Guide your team through the blueprint, build, test, cutover and go-live phases of your rollout program
• Ensure compliance with Japanese business processes, statutory, audit and control requirements
• Required: Large scale manufacturing/automotive industry experience.

• Experience working with Japanese OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
• SAP S/4HANA certification
