Job Description

• Hands-on role in day-to-day IT Asset Management operations Manage daily IT AMDB activities, including stock data collection, manual updates, and asset record maintenance.
• Cross-functional collaboration to ensure data accuracy Work closely with Field Services, Procurement SPOCs, and Hands & Feet teams to reconcile system inventory with physical assets and resolve unmanaged asset issues.
• Broad exposure to asset tools, reporting, and configuration Configure access roles and organizational structures, generate deployment and warranty reports, and analyze asset data for compliance and accuracy

Annual salary: 8 million and above

Job Qualification:

• Experience Required – 3 to 5 Years
• Gathering the stock data from Regional asset stock managers
• Creating contracts and purchase order entries within the tool
• Manual data updates to the tool (stock data, legacy data, non-agent device data)
• Tool configuration: Access roles, currency, Organization structure creation, Business unit mapping
• Provide Hardware warranty expiry triggers
• Provide Deployment and in stock reports
• Analyze reports w.r.t Unmanaged assets – Lost, Stolen, unreported, stock etc
• Liaise with the Field services, Procurement SPOCs, Hands and feet teams to ensure the data accuracy attributes are available to create or modify IT hardware asset record.
• Match inventory counts on computer system to physical counts.
• Produces IT Asset reports, as required
• Consolidate & Normalize new asset data as required.
• Defines Manages and executes the day-to-day operations within the IT AMDB.
• Identifies and escalates IT Asset Data Issues

Language Skills: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business level English
