Annual Salary: 8 Million and Above

Job Responsibilities:

• Our team is responsible for the maintenance and operation of internal systems, system development, and data center management.
• Stable Operations and Quality Improvement operational monitoring is outsourced to external vendors, and vendor management is a core responsibility
• Management of development and maintenance for operational systems and tools
• Primary duties focus on management tasks, including improvement initiatives
• Examples of specific tasks:
  • Management of outsourced vendors (management of outsourced scope, process development and improvement)
  • System development
  • Management of monitoring and job configuration changes associated with additions, changes, or removals due to functional enhancements or system replacements
  • Maintenance of system operation platforms
  • Management of monitoring and job configuration changes
  • Data center management
  • Server/network location design
  • Facility operation management Promotion of data center construction/relocation and implementation of water-cooled servers
  • Vision Planning for the Future
  • Review and promote execution of system architectures and initiatives with a future perspective
• Examples of specific tasks:
  • System planning
  • Proposing plans for next-generation operations by incorporating new technologies
  • Operations improvement
  • Identifying improvement items and promoting improvement activities
  • Project management
  • Promoting development project management

Job Qualification:

• Candidates should have one or more of the following experience or skills:
• Experience in system operations, system development, or system planning
  • System operations management
  • Operations acceptance experience
  • System operations design and operations process development
  • IT system incident response experience
• Experience using cloud services
• Experience (5+ years) in system operations management as a leader or sub-leader
• Experience promoting system development projects
• Experience actively leading operations design while engaged in system development
• Ability to create emails and documents in English (tools may be used)

Langauge Skills: Business Level Japanese(JLPT N2) and Business Level English
