Job Description

Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with both Windows and macOS (MacBook) desktops and laptops. Provides in-person technical support to internal customers and White Glove support for Senior Leaders and Executives. Ensures smooth deployment, maintenance, and retirement of endpoint devices through JAMF, Intune, ServiceNow and other management tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide deskside and remote technical support for Windows and MacBook (macOS) systems, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Administer and manage endpoints using JAMF (for macOS) and Intune (for Windows).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and VPN access issues.
  • Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and external partners to identify and implement effective technical solutions.
  • Create, maintain, and update technical documentation with current and relevant information.
  • Assess internal or client business problems and recommend alternative solutions using independent judgment.
  • Ensure compliance with all IT and security policies and procedures.
  • Deploy, offboard, and maintain deskside hardware and peripheral equipment for internal customers.
  • Support a wide range of software and applications, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and a premium end-user experience, particularly for executive-level support.

Job Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience: 4+ years of relevant IT support experience.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+ and Network+ required; ITIL, Cisco, and Microsoft certifications preferred.
  • Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems and their respective management tools (Intune, JAMF).
  • Strong understanding of network and VPN troubleshooting.
  • Experience with endpoint imaging, OS/software deployment, and device lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related applications.
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional end-user support experience

Language Skills: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business level English
