Annual Salary: 8 Million and Above

Job Description:

• Manage discussions aimed at formulating annual and mid-term (3-year) IT strategies, and organize and visualize their content.
• Enhance the execution process for existing IT strategies and develop new IT strategy execution processes.
• Promote and monitor the progress of each initiative based on the IT strategy.

Job Qualification:

•  2+ years of experience in business consulting for major corporations
• Logical thinking ability to correctly recognize the main points and conclusions of discussions and the causal relationships between things
• Output ability to organize and visualize the above recognition in materials such as PowerPoint
• Communication skills to clearly explain the background, key points, and goals of strategies and measures to a variety of stakeholders
• A mindset to transform organizations by bringing new perspectives and initiatives while respecting existing ways of thinking and culture
• Basic knowledge of IT work
• IT Passport, Fundamental Information Processing Engineer, etc. *All preferred qualifications

Japanese Language Skills: Native level Japanese and English not required
