Annual Salary: 10 Million and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze security alerts from SIEM, EDR, and other security tools.
• Perform threat hunting and vulnerability assessments across networks, endpoints, and cloud environments.
• Respond to security incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement remediation measures.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS.
• Configure and optimize security tools (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls) and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure secure architecture and compliance.
• Conduct regular security audits, penetration tests, and risk assessments.
• Stay updated on emerging threats, technologies, and best practices in cybersecurity

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, or SOC environments.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Sumo Logic), firewalls, and endpoint protection solutions.
• Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and scripting (Python, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Language Skills: Conversational level Japanese (N3 and above) and Business level English
