Annual Salary: 10 Million and above

Job Description:

• The EyeLit MES and Equipment Integration Specialist will lead the design, development, and deployment of robust MES solutions integrated with factory equipment and automation systems. This role ensures seamless data flow, optimized production processes, and compliance with industry standards.

Job Qualification:

• Design scalable EyeLit MES solutions for factory automation and equipment integration.
• Develop architecture that supports multi-tool integration and minimizes manual intervention.
• Integrate EyeLit MES with equipment interfaces, PROMIS MES, and advanced process control systems.
• Reduce manual touchpoints in lot processing scenarios (e.g., cassette placement to lot completion).
• Implement automation strategies to improve throughput and reduce person-to-machine ratio.
• Define requirements, create design specifications, and oversee UAT and deployment phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with production goals and compliance standards
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Expertise in EyeLit MES architecture, configuration, and customization.
• Strong knowledge of equipment integration standards (SECS/GEM, EDA, OPC-UA).
• Experience in integrating MES with other factory systems (PROMIS MES, APC solutions).
• Proven track record in semiconductor factory automation projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Languages: Native level Japanese (JLPT N) and business level English required
