Job Responsibilities:

AI Application Engineer

• You will be responsible for utilizing AI technology to quickly realize practical services.
  • Evaluation and verification of new technologies
  • Research and evaluate the latest AI technology trends
  • Verify applicability to real business
• Technology verification through prototyping
  • Practical demo application development
  • Building demos of AI applications for real-world business issues
  • Implementing an improvement cycle that reflects user feedback
• Systematizing and sharing development knowledge
  • Product development in a production environment
  • AI application design and implementation
  • Developing services in collaboration with the business division

In-house AI Utilization Promoter

• You will be responsible for promoting the company-wide use of AI technology and leading business transformation.
  • Formulating and implementing AI utilization strategies
  • Analyzing business issues in each department and identifying opportunities for utilizing AI
  • Formulation of a roadmap for utilizing AI
• Building internal knowledge and establishing a sharing system
  • Collecting and systematizing AI use cases and know-how
  • Standardization of best practices
  • Building and operating an information sharing platform
• Promoting human resource development and organizational transformation
  • Design and implement training programs to improve AI utilization skills
  • Form and activate an AI utilization community
  • Planning and promoting cross-departmental projects
• Effectiveness measurement and continuous improvement

Job Qualification:

AI Application Engineer

• Experience developing applications using AI services such as LLM
• Experience developing and operating on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
• Experience implementing container technology and serverless architecture
• Experience in short development cycles

• Experience in promoting business reforms using AI and digital technology ·
• Experience in cross-organizational project management and promotion
