Job Description

• In the data analysis departments of each group company, you will conduct data analysis using specialized knowledge of mathematical statistics, AI, machine learning, and data science techniques. Working with managers and engineers, you will implement data pipelines and analytical models, verify the effectiveness of business measures, and provide suggestions. Your main duties will be as follows:
• Analyzing issues through communication with business departments and translating them into data science problems
• Practical analysis using Python, SQL, and various AWS services
• Deriving business suggestions using analysis results

Job Qualification:

• A strong desire to contribute to business by making full use of data science
• The ability to set goals and persistently test and analyze hypotheses using data in order to create new business opportunities and transform existing operations
• The ability to communicate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders
• Majoring in mathematics, statistics, IT, or data science, or having the above specialized knowledge through work experience or self-improvement in another major
• Approximately 2 years or more of practical experience in data analysis, modeling, etc. (Experience with Python, SQL, and AWS is required)
• Experience in analytical work using data science in the finance and insurance industry
• Understanding the latest technology trends such as AI and MLOps

Japanese Language: Japanese level Fluent (N1) , Business level English.
