Job Qualifications:
- Total 6+ years’ experience in ServiceNow platform. Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM module,
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in gathering business requirements for ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules,
- Detailed understanding of ServiceNow table structure, Business rules and client scripts
- Hands-on knowledge on employee center portal and report extraction
- Detailed workflow knowledge on service request and catalog creations.
Language Skills: Conversational level Japanese (N3 and above) and Business level English
