Annual Salary: 5 Million yen and above

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Product Managers, Tech leads to flesh out details and execute on requirements, with a keen eye towards quality.
• Work with offshore and backend teams to develop robust end-to-end features. Write unit tests for ensuring code quality.
• Focus on improving the usability and accessibility of the application, ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience.
• Analyze product specifications and requirements, providing valuable feedback to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Conduct peer code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline
• Experience (5 to 7 years) with iOS Development in Objective-C/Swift.
• Experience (3 to 5 years) with WebRTC.
• Experience with iOS frameworks Experience in mobile design patterns (MVVM, MVC, Redux)
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing and operations
• Good understanding of Web services and SOA related standards like REST/JSON
• Knowledge of open-source and commercial libraries commonly used in the iOS ecosystem (Alamo fire, …)
• Strong passion for code quality and not allergic to unit tests
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment
• Be eager to help your teammates, share your knowledge with them, and learn from them.
• Be open to receiving constructive feedback.

Preferred qualification:

• Worked end to end on WebRTC based commercial application.
• Knowledge of SIP.
• Published iOS Apps on App Store.
• Experience in mobile design patterns.
• Building mobile frameworks / SDKs.
• Experience with functional programming using Rx.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
