Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer with a strong background in IMS DBA.
• The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in network engineering, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing network systems. This role requires a deep understanding of IMS database administration, as well as the ability to design, implement, and maintain robust network infrastructures.
• Design, implement, and manage network solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Administer and optimize IMS databases to ensure high availability and performance.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate network solutions with existing systems.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and configuration files.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in network design and implementation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance network capabilities.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on IMS DBA.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
• Strong knowledge and experience in IMS DBA.
• Proficient in network design and architecture.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of network security protocols and best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud networking solutions.
• Experience with scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies and their impact on network design.
• Certifications in relevant networking technologies (e.g., CCNP, JNCIP).

Language Skills: Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1 and above) and Business level English
