Job Description

Annual Salary : 10 million and above

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Data Science, AI, or ML projects.
• Understand the requirements both functional and non-functional by going through the specifications and with inputs from business analysts and participate in creating high level estimate as well as translating the same to data requirements in order to create a data requirements document and participate effectively in the design, development and testing phases of the project
• Utilize analytical, statistical, and programming skills to collect, analyze and interpret data sets
• Create hypothesis scenarios based on the business requirements
• Create model design artifacts to provide deliverables in line with requirements
• Develop models and algorithms
• Review all artifacts (Design, Code, Documentation, Unit test scripts)
• Develop A/B testing and test model quality
• Define process and tools to monitor and analyze model performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in software development life cycle
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Japanese languages: Business level Japanese (N2) and business level English required.
