Annual Salary: 6 Million and above

Job Responsibilities:

• In CFC, we monitor the status of machines and systems and respond quickly to problems.
• Planned maintenance (inspection work, cleaning work, etc.) is carried out safely in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
• Carry out 5S activities (organizing, tidying, cleaning, cleaning, and discipline).
• Perform work in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act and internal health and safety rules, and communicate with health and safety personnel as necessary.

Job Qualification:

• Ability to speak, read, and write Japanese is essential.
• Knowledge and qualifications related to mechanics, electricity, and control (post-employment training system available).
• Qualifications of safety manager and/or type 2 sanitation manager (if available) are acceptable.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing sites (preferred).
• Knowledge and experience in analyzing and solving problems in the field (preferred).
• Experience in planned maintenance, predictive maintenance, failure maintenance, etc. (preferred).
• Experience with automation hardware and software (preferred).
• Communication skills and teamwork are required.

Langauge Proficiency: Fluent level Japanese and Business level English.
