Insurance Design System Analyst

Job Description

Annual Salary : 5 million and above

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting design phase by aligning with system architecture and business needs.
• Identifying gaps, dependencies and risks across applications, API’s and integrations.
• Documenting workflows, use cases and design specifications to provide clarity for designers and developers.
• Assessing impact of design changes on existing applications and infrastructure.
• Collaboration with testing teams to ensure the developed system meets requirements, functions flawlessly, and adheres to quality standards.
• Develop training materials and user guides to equip end-users with the knowledge and skills to effectively operate the new system.
• Implementing and managing changes to the system as business requirements evolve. 

Job Qualifications:

• Working experience in Insurance domain.
• Understanding the overall workflow of insurance operations(sales, contracting, and claims)
• Must have 5 to 10 years of IT experience in Application Design, System Design Development, Testing or Maintenance projects.
• JLPT N2 or above certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers.
• Documentation skills to manage the latest structure such as current process and models.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure on Agile methodology, DevOps, Security vulnerability management.
• Exposure to hybrid delivery (Salesforce, COTS, digital modernization).
• Front End Knowledge ; Understanding of UI/UX requirement and ability to translate into technical specifications.
• Understanding of API's, data flows and service dependencies to validate integration requirements.
• Experience with user story creation and acceptance criteria definition.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with product owners, business SMEs, development teams, architects and cross functional teams.
• Actively involved in Application transition and stabilization phases 

Languages: Business-level Japanese level (N2) and business-level English.
