Job Description:

• Realization of system development plans (budget, labor, etc.) based on the user department's business strategy, and requirements definition
• Basic and detailed design, in-house development or negotiation, coordination, and quality control with business partners
• Coordination of development, testing, migration, etc. with various departments

Job Qualification:

• More than 2 years of implementation experience in business application development
• Communication skills to negotiate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders such as user departments and business partners
• Experience as a project leader or project manager in business application development
• Experience developing business applications in large-scale projects of more than 100 man-months

Japanese Language Skills: Native level Japanese and English not required
