Job Description

• End-to-end ownership of critical pricing application workstreams, from requirements engineering to UAT execution across APAC markets
• Opportunity to collaborate with finance and regional business teams to design complex rebate logic and ensure compliance across diverse APAC business environments

Annual Salary : 10 Million Yen and Above

Job Qualifications:

• Requirements Engineering: Translate complex business needs for APAC markets into detailed functional specifications for the development team (React/AWS stack).
• Workstream Management: Own 2–3 key build workstreams for the Pricing Application (e.g., Rebate Settlement, Contract Lifecycle, or Price Configuration Engine).
• Integration Mapping: Lead the data mapping exercises between the Pricing Application and the APAC Data Lake (ADL).
• UAT Coordination: Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and lead testing phases with APAC business users to ensure regional compliance.
• Rebate Logic Design: Work with Finance teams to document the logic for the 7 native rebate program types required for the APAC rollout.

Language Required: Native Japanese level and business level japanese required.
